Huiying Goh

Trained in digital animation, Huiying started her career in the visual effects industry as a 2D Artist and has worked on movie blockbusters such as Transformers: Age of Extinction, Thor: The Dark World and Fast & Furious 6. Having completed a Master of Arts (Research) at Nanyang Technological University on colour theories and the Nanyang artists, Huiying’s practice in traditional painting has equipped her with the skill sets and experiences to aid her research. She finds the most meaning in nurturing the youths and being able to share her experiences with fellow art dreamers. Embarking on a new journey in her PhD study, Huiying will fuse her industry and educational experience in writing the history of animation in Singapore.
